Hello!

My name is Anna Alács, I live and work in Budapest.

I graduated in Swedish language and literature. Since 2014, while working full time, I have also studied art and visual language at different schools. In 2017, I started working full time as a visual designer.

​

I love illustrating stories that show the relationships between people or capture small everyday moments. Right now, I’m on maternity leave with my children, and I draw and create illustrations in the evenings or when they are asleep.

​

I mainly use acrylic paint, colored pencils, and crayons, but I also work digitally. I like to make colorful and playful illustrations.

​

I have illustrated three children’s books so far. In 2024, I was chosen as a finalist for the Illustrators Wall at the Bologna Children’s Book Fair.
